The Diocese of Navrongo-Bolgatanga is a Latin Rite diocese in the Upper East Region of Ghana, erected in 1956 as the Diocese of Navrongo and renamed in 1977. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Tamale and is led by Bishop Alfred Agyenta, appointed in 2011.

History
Two Ghanaian cities, Navrongo and Bolgatanga, anchor the Roman Catholic Diocese of Navrongo-Bolgatanga (Latin: Dioecesis Navrongensis-Bolgatangana), a see within the ecclesiastical province of Tamale.
