The Diocese of Wa is a Latin Church suffragan diocese in the Upper West Region of Ghana, erected in 1959 from the Diocese of Tamale. Francis Bomansaan was appointed bishop in 2024.

Seated in the city of Wa in Ghana, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wa (Latin: Vaën(sis)) belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Tamale.
