Latin rite territorial prelature on the shore of Lake Titicaca in Peru's Puno region, erected 3 August 1957 from the Diocese of Puno. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Arequipa, seated at the Cathedral of St. Peter (San Pedro) in Juli; in 2019 it ceded territory for the new Prelature of Santiago Apostol de Huancane. The see has been vacant since 24 September 2025, when Prelate Ciro Quispe Lopez left office.

In the city of Juli in Peru, within the ecclesiastical province of Arequipa, the Catholic Church maintains the Territorial Prelature of Juli, known in Latin as the Praelatura Territorialis Iuliensis.
