History
In the province of Basilan, taking in its component cities of Isabela and Lamitan, lies the Territorial Prelature of Isabela de Basilan, often called simply the Territorial Prelature of Isabela (Latin: Praelatura Territorialis Isabellapolitana). It is a Latin Catholic territorial prelature within the ecclesiastical province of Zamboanga in the Philippines.
