The Archdiocese of Windhoek is the metropolitan see for the ecclesiastical province of Windhoek in Namibia, originating as the Apostolic Prefecture of Lower Cimbebasia in 1892 and elevated to an archdiocese in 1994. Its suffragans are Keetmanshoop and Rundu.

History
The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Windhoek (Latin: Vindhoeken(sis)) serves as the Metropolitan See of the ecclesiastical province of Windhoek in Namibia. Its lineage traces to the Prefecture Apostolic of Cimbebasia, established in 1892; the archdiocese itself was fully erected in March 1994. Liborius Ndumbukuti Nashenda is the current archbishop.
