The Archdiocese of Halifax-Yarmouth is a metropolitan see in Nova Scotia, founded in 1817 as the Apostolic Vicariate of Nova Scotia and raised to an archdiocese in 1852. It assumed its current name in 2011 after merging with the Diocese of Yarmouth, and its suffragans are Antigonish and Charlottetown.
