The Diocese of Conversano-Monopoli is a Latin Church diocese in Apulia, Italy, formed in 1986 by uniting the historic dioceses of Conversano and Monopoli. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Bari-Bitonto, led by Bishop Giuseppe Favale since 2016.
