The Diocese of Cuauhtémoc-Madera is a Latin Church diocese in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. Originally erected as the Territorial Prelature of Madera in 1966, it was elevated to a diocese in 1995 and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Chihuahua.
