The Diocese of Isernia-Venafro is a Latin Church diocese in Molise, Italy, formed in 1986 by the full union of the historic dioceses of Isernia and Venafro. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Campobasso-Boiano, with its seat at Isernia Cathedral and a co-cathedral at Venafro.
