The Archdiocese of Lanciano-Ortona is a Latin rite see in Abruzzo, Italy, erected as the Diocese of Lanciano in 1515, raised to archdiocese in 1562, and united with Ortona in 1982 as a suffragan of Chieti-Vasto. It is led by Archbishop Emidio Cipollone.
