The Diocese of Massa Marittima-Piombino is a Latin Church diocese in Tuscany, Italy, with origins dating to the 5th century. The name Populonia was replaced with Piombino in 1978. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Siena-Colle di Val d'Elsa-Montalcino.
