Knanaya Catholic mission established October 1, 2011 by Bishop Mar Jacob Angadiath, first named Blessed John Paul II Knanaya Catholic Mission and renamed after the 2014 canonization. Holy Mass is celebrated on the first and third Sundays of each month and on Christian holidays at St. Paul's Church, 8720 Florin Rd., Sacramento, for a community of about 53 Knanaya Catholic families; Fr. Regi Thandassery has served as mission director since January 2022.
