Archbishop Claudio Maniago meets catechists and Caritas operators

Archbishop Claudio Maniago met with catechists and Caritas workers from the parishes of Albi, San Giovanni d’Albi, and Taverna at the Taverna parish oratory. The meeting took place as part of the Archbishop's pastoral visit to the Gimigliano-Taverna vicariate and the synodal zone formed by these three communities.

During the gathering, participants shared reflections, difficulties, and new proposals regarding current catechesis and Caritas services. Archbishop Maniago spoke about the importance of faith transmission and charity, describing them as essential dimensions of Christian community life. He noted that a parish must pass on the faith through the Gospel and the sacraments while practicing charity by caring for fragile and needy people.
