Bishop César Huerta confirms 11 faithful in Layo

Bishop César Huerta Ramírez confirmed 11 young people and adults in the Layo district during a pastoral visit to the Canas Province.

The bishop presided over the Mass and administered the sacrament to the group, who received the Holy Chrism and the imposition of hands. The local parish priest, Father Christian Villanueva Valdez, concelebrated the liturgy. During his homily, Bishop Huerta encouraged the newly confirmed members and the local community to maintain spiritual strength and defend the Catholic faith in their daily lives.
