St. Jude Thaddeus parish in Vishnev celebrated its feast day

The parish of St. Jude Thaddeus in the Smorgon deanery celebrated its feast day honoring its patron saint. The parish community prepared for the occasion through a novena and by cleaning the grounds near the church and rectory.

Father Vitaly Semenov, a vicar of the Apostles Peter and Paul parish in Iuve who was ordained in May, celebrated the Mass. During the liturgy, Father Semenov delivered the homily, led the Eucharistic procession, and gave the communicants a final blessing along with commemorative images. In his homily, he asked the faithful to pray for seminarians, priests, and vocations to God's service.
