Clergy Announcement – September 23, 2026

Bishop Michael F. Burbidge of the Diocese of Arlington announced several clergy changes on September 23, 2026.

Reverend Ramon Dominguez, a priest from the Diocese of Fall River in Massachusetts, joined the Diocese of Arlington on September 21, 2026. Deacon Vincent M. Kapral, a permanent deacon from the Diocese of Richmond, also joined the Diocese of Arlington, effective September 12, 2026.

Additionally, Reverend John T.B. Trong moved from the Saint Rose of Lima Priests’ Retirement Villa in Annandale to a private residence outside the Diocese of Arlington on September 22, 2026.
