Cardinale Augusto Paolo Lojudice to speak at Colle di Val d’Elsa event

Cardinal Augusto Paolo Lojudice will speak at an event titled "Building Peace: Dialogue Between Church, Institutions and Young People" on October 10, 2026. The program takes place from 9:30 to 13:00 at the Cinema Teatro Sant’Agostino in Colle di Val d’Elsa.

The Archdiocese of Siena-Colle di Val d’Elsa-Montalcino, the Salesian Community of Colle di Val d’Elsa, and the Pro Loco organized the meeting. Local high school students will participate in the dialogue to discuss peace, fraternity, education, and dialogue.

Cardinal Lojudice will join Father Bernardo Francesco Maria Gianni, Prior of the San Miniato al Monte Community, to share reflections on these topics. Lodovico Andreucci will moderate the conversation. The organizers intend to explore peace as the daily construction of relationships based on respect, listening, and justice rather than just the absence of conflict.
