Comboni Missionaries hold training course on digital communication and artificial intelligence

Comboni Missionaries are holding a training course on multimedia communication, artificial intelligence, and shared digital platforms from October 20 to 23 at their provincial headquarters in Cacaveli, Lomé. The program helps more than 20 participants, including a Comboni Missionary Sister, lay missionaries, and lay collaborators from the Togo-Ghana-Benin Province, learn to use digital technologies to share the Gospel and missionary experiences.

The training targets those responsible for communications and missionary animation to help them produce multimedia content for social media and a digital platform used by French-speaking Comboni provinces.

Father Fabrizio Colombo, Charles Ayetan, and Jacob Brahim Konfé are leading the sessions. Provincial Superior Father Fidèle Katsan noted that the instructors are participating in person rather than remotely via the missionary channel SMA TV to allow for direct interaction with the attendees.
