Construction in October 2026

The Istituto Secolare di Maria reports that construction on its building has reached several milestones, including the completion of waterproofing and metal flashing on the terraces.

Workers are currently finishing the boiler room and preparing connections for the main electrical switchboard. While interior plaster is drying, work on the heating system is temporarily paused pending the delivery of materials. Additionally, the institution has signed an agreement for water and sewage services.
