Diocesan Eucharistic Feast 2026

The Diocese of Kurunegala held its 2026 Eucharistic Feast on Saturday, September 19, at the National Shrine of St. Anne in Kattimahana and the Church of the Divine Infant Jesus in Dummalasuriya.

Approximately 5,000 people from all 38 parishes in the diocese attended the event. Bishop Harold Anthony Perera led the celebration alongside priests, religious members, and lay faithful. The feast was organized as part of the diocese's designated Year of the Eucharist, which carries the theme "Eucharistic Community of Synodality."
