Diocese of Erexim begins 75th Fátima pilgrimage novena

The Diocese of Erexim began a preparatory novena on Friday, October 2, for the 75th Fátima Pilgrimage. The novena runs until October 10 to prepare the community for the pilgrimage day on October 11.

The theme for this year is “Fátima: um apelo de paz!” with the motto “Felizes os que promovem a paz!”. Each day of the novena focuses on an invocation from the Oração de São Francisco, including themes of love, forgiveness, unity, faith, truth, hope, joy, and light.

The novena includes four daily celebrations involving various parishes, groups, and movements from the diocese. On the first day, the schedule includes a 7h mass led by Father Isalino Rodrigues, a 14h rosary and mass led by Father Moacir Noskoski, and an 18h rosary and mass led by Father Giovani Momo.
