“Do not stop in the past”: Camillians Urged to Renew Mission as They Mark 50 Years in Kenya

Camillians in Kenya were called to renew their commitment to compassionate service during a Mass celebrating 50 years of the Order of the Ministers of the Sick in the country. Fr. Pedro Celso Tramontin delivered the homily on Tuesday, September 29, at St. Chamillian Seminary in Karen, located within the Catholic Archdiocese of Nairobi.

Fr. Tramontin told the members of the congregation that the Golden Jubilee should serve as a call to embrace God's ongoing mission rather than just a celebration of past accomplishments. He urged the priests not to become complacent, advising them to maintain an open heart and a willingness to re-begin.
