Catholic IntelligenceUpdated 1 min read

The Diocese of Ibiza premiered a hymn on Saturday, October 10, to honor 20 martyred priests. The hymn, composed by musician and sacred music delegate Jordi Martí, was performed by all parish choirs from the diocese at the Ibiza Cathedral.

The premiere included a commemorative documentary about the lives and deaths of the 20 priests. Additionally, the diocese opened the In Memoriam. Ad Honorem exhibition at the Pabordía exhibition hall, which displays images and objects related to the future blessed. The exhibition remains open until November 10, from Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00.

Bishop Vicent Ribas will preside over a responso on Friday, October 16, at the locations where the priests were killed. These services are scheduled for 10:00 at Parador and sa Carrossa, 12:00 at the Savina de Formentera, and 19:00 at the Sant Carles church plaza.
