Vallerano will host the Saint Corona procession float on November 14 and 15, 2026
The event brings together the patron saints of Canepina and Vallerano for two days of prayer and celebrations. This meeting aims to strengthen the bond between the two communities in the Tuscia region of the Province of Viterbo. While the communities belong to the different Dioceses of Viterbo and Civita Castellana, they are united by their devotion to these two martyrs.
The program follows an exchange that began in November 2025, when the procession float of Saint Vittore, the patron of Vallerano, visited Canepina. This year, Vallerano will host the float of Saint Corona, whose statue is kept at the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta in Canepina.
The scheduled celebrations will include the participation of local bishops, priests, authorities, and confraternities.
