Kaukauna native Nicholas Vande Hey ordained to the transitional diaconate in Rome

A native of Kaukauna, Vande Hey attended Holy Cross Parish and graduated from Xavier High School in 2016 and St. Norbert College in 2019. He entered the Kairos Year for the Diocese of Green Bay in the fall of 2020 and studied at St. Francis de Sales Seminary near Milwaukee before moving to the Pontifical North American College.
Vande Hey will return to serve the Diocese of Green Bay and is scheduled for ordination to the priesthood in July 2027.
