The Epistles of Peter and Jude

The program La Foi prise au mot is returning to its series on lesser-known books of the Bible. This week, biblical scholar Régis Burnet examines the two letters attributed to Peter and the letter of Jude.

Burnet is joined by Father François Lestang, a professor of New Testament at the Catholic University of Lyon, and Brother François-Dominique Charles, a Dominican at the Nancy convent. The guests will discuss these New Testament texts, which address early Christian communities composed of former Jews and pagans facing social hostility, imperial cults, and emerging heresies. The discussion aims to explore the themes of the Resurrection within these letters.
