Milhares de Marias celebram a devoção a Nossa Senhora Aparecida

Thousands of women gathered on October 12 to celebrate their devotion to Our Lady of Aparecida. The meeting brought together women, many named Maria, to share personal stories of faith and connection to the Mother of Jesus.

During the event, several individuals shared testimonies regarding answered prayers. Saulo Benevides stated he prayed for a child through the intercession of Our Lady of Aparecida and was blessed with his daughter, Maria Vitória. Gabriel Bitencourt shared that his mother was healed after praying to Our Lady of Aparecida.

Devotees such as Maria Helena de Souza, who traveled from the interior of Alagoas, described the devotion as finding protection and guidance from a heavenly mother. For these women, the name Maria serves as a connection to their shared spiritual practice.
