New electronic organ debuted at the Sanctuary of Queralt

The Sanctuary of Queralt in Berguedà debuted a new electronic organ on Saturday, October 24. The instrument was blessed by the sanctuary's chaplain, Father Josep Maria Vilaseca, during a concert that followed remarks from representatives, business leaders, and politicians.

The initiative to install a permanent electronic organ for year-round celebrations was promoted by the captains of Gala 2026. They conducted a fundraising campaign for the purchase with the cooperation of the ACEB.

Maria Àngels Pons performed several pieces on the new organ accompanied by Aleix on trumpet and Martí on horn. The event concluded with the Orfeó Berguedà performing the Himne de la Coronació.
