Regional Altar Rosary Society members gather with Bishop to celebrate their ministry and each other
Bishop David M. O’Connell celebrated Mass for members of the Altar Rosary Society from Mercer, Burlington, and Ocean counties on Oct. 17. The annual gathering took place at St. Raphael-Holy Angels Church in Hamilton.
The members, who have met annually for 20 years, gathered to honor their devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and their service to their local parishes. Following the Mass, which Bishop O’Connell also preached, the members attended a breakfast in the parish center.
