The Clock of Life workshop to address aging challenges at Arrupe Center
The Arrupe Center in Valencia will host the Clock of Life workshop series to help older adults face the challenges of aging. Developed by CVX Spain, the program uses a specific methodology to assist people through the later stages of life, including those who maintain autonomy and those requiring assistance with daily activities.
The six-module spirituality program begins on November 14 and concludes with a final meeting and Eucharist on April 10. Sessions are scheduled from 10:00 to 13:30. The curriculum includes modules on gratitude and acceptance, opening oneself to others, forgiveness, discernment and decision making, rediscovering the meaning of life, and redefining life projects.
