Roman Catholic church serving the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation in the Diocese of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The chapel was built in 1949, replacing an 1881 log structure built by Oblate missionaries, and was renamed from Our Lady of Pontmain to Our Lady of Guadalupe in the 1990s.
