Founded in 1958, the church has grown from a neglected chapel into a vibrant parish under the guidance of several mission priests. In June 2015, Padre Marcos Léon became the first resident pastor, bringing needed repairs and fostering growth. The church continues to renovate and thrive, celebrating its rich heritage while looking towards the future with the Holy Spirit's guidance.
