Organized in 1874 by Czech immigrants who had previously worshiped at New Prague. The current Italian Romanesque church dates to 1905, designed by Clarence H. Johnston Sr., and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. Part of the LNMV cluster with Immaculate Conception (Lonsdale) and St. Nicholas (New Market).
