sv. Emeráma is the cathedral of the Diocese of Nitra. It is dedicated to Emmeram of Regensburg. It dates from 1333. It is built in the baroque and Gothic style. It is protected as a cultural heritage of Slovakia. It holds the title of minor basilica. The see was erected in 880.
