St. Therese Parish

St. Therese Catholic Church, located in North Fort Myers, Florida, was originally a mission of Saint Francis Xavier Parish. It began construction in 2001 and opened its doors on August 23, 2003, with an attendance of over 850 people. The church was officially dedicated by Bishop John J. Nevins on October 1, 2003. On April 2, 2011, the mission was elevated to a parish, and Fr. Thomas Heck became the first Pastor in 2013. Currently led by Fr. Jan Antonik since January 30, 2022, St. Therese Parish now serves nearly 1,400 full-time and seasonal registered families.
