Queen of Heaven Parish serves the communities of McDonald and Mineral Ridge in Trumbull County, Ohio. Founded in 2026 as part of the merger between Our Lady of Perpetual Help and St. Mary parishes, it is a mission parish under the Diocese of Youngstown. The parish offers a range of ministries including a food pantry, Altar & Rosary Society, Women’s Guild, Men’s Guild, and a chapter of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Rev. Richard Murphy, a diocesan priest, serves as the pastor. Queen of Heaven Parish is dedicated to Mary, the mother of Christ, and extends the mission and ministry of Jesus through worship, sacraments, and Christian service.
