On what a cathedral is, see the cathedral; every see church on earth is gathered at the cathedrals.

Archbishop Angelo Spina comments on the Gospel
Archbishop Angelo Spina offered a commentary on the Gospel on Monday, September 28, 2026. The Archbishop's reflection addressed the passage where disciples argued about who was the greatest. In the text, Jesus responds to the dispute by placing a child near them and teaching that whoever welcomes a child in his name welcomes him and the one who sent him. The passage also notes Jesus' instruction to John regarding an individual casting out demons in his name, telling the disciples not to prevent such actions because anyone who is not against them is for them.
