The Archdiocese of Belém do Pará is a Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese in Pará, Brazil, founded as a diocese in 1720 and elevated to an archdiocese in 1906. Its current metropolitan archbishop, since August 2025, is Archbishop Júlio Endi Akamine, S.A.C.

History
Seated in the Brazilian city of Belém, this archdiocese (Latin: Archidioecesis Belemensis de Pará) extends over 3,566,079 square kilometres (1,376,871 mi2) and is organized into 80 parishes. Its territory takes in the municipalities of Belém, Ananindeua, Benevides, Marituba, and Santa Bárbara do Pará.
