The Diocese of Macapá is a Latin rite diocese covering Amapá state, Brazil, established as a territorial prelature in 1949 and elevated to a diocese in 1980, suffragan to the Archdiocese of Belém do Pará. Antônio de Assis Ribeiro, S.D.B., became bishop on December 18, 2024.

History
The city of Macapá is the seat of this Brazilian diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Macapensis), part of the ecclesiastical province of Belém do Pará.
