The Diocese of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim is a Latin Church diocese in Espírito Santo, Brazil, established on 16 February 1958 from the Diocese of Espírito Santo. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Vitória, led by Bishop Luiz Fernando Lisboa, C.P., since 2021.

Cachoeiro de Itapemirim is the seat of a Roman Catholic diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Cachoëirensis de Itapemirim) that forms part of the ecclesiastical province of Vitória in Brazil.
