The Diocese of Campo Maior (Latin: Dioecesis Campi Maioris) is a Latin suffragan see within the ecclesiastical province of Teresina, in Piauí state in northeastern Brazil. In the city of Campo Maior, Piauí, stands its cathedral, the Catedral Santo Antônio, dedicated to Saint Anthony.
