The Diocese of Eunápolis is a Latin Church see in Bahia, Brazil, established in 1996 from the dioceses of Itabuna and Teixeira de Freitas-Caravelas. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of São Salvador da Bahia and has been led by its first bishop, José Edson Santana de Oliveira, since its creation.

Seated in the city of Eunápolis, this Brazilian diocese (Latin: Dioecesis Eunapolitana) forms part of the ecclesiastical province of São Salvador da Bahia.
