Its suffragans are Iglesias, Lanusei and Nuoro, and Archbishop Giuseppe Baturi has led it since 2019.

Centred on the city of Cagliari, the Archdiocese of Cagliari (Latin: Archidioecesis Calaritana; Sardinian: Arcidiòtzesi de Casteddu) is a Latin archdiocese that holds the Primacy of Sardinia.
