Its cathedral in Kenge is dedicated to Blessed Anuarite, and the diocese is a suffragan of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Kinshasa.

History
A suffragan Latin diocese of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Kinshasa, Kenge (Latin: Kengen(sis)) has as its cathedral and episcopal see the Cathedral of Blessed Anwarite (French: Cathédrale Bienheureuse Anwarite). The see city of Kenge, Bas-Congo, lies in the Kongo Central province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
