The Diocese of Chioggia is a Latin Church diocese in the Veneto region of Italy, a suffragan of the Patriarchate of Venice, with its see transferred from Malamocco to Chioggia in 1106. It has been led by Bishop Giampaolo Dianin since 2021.

History
At the southernmost point of the Laguna veneta lies the Diocese of Chioggia (Latin: Dioecesis Clodiensis), a Latin diocese of the Catholic Church in the Veneto. For centuries it answered to the Patriarchate of Grado, but on 8 October 1451 Pope Nicholas V, in the bull Regis Aeterni, suppressed that patriarchate and passed its powers and privileges to the Archdiocese of Venice. Chioggia has been a suffragan of Venice ever since.
