The Archdiocese of La Serena is a Latin Church metropolitan archdiocese in Chile's Coquimbo Region, established as a diocese in 1840 and elevated to a metropolitan archdiocese in 1939. Its seat is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Mercy in La Serena.
