The Diocese of San Marcos de Arica is a Latin Rite diocese in Chile's Arica y Parinacota Region, founded as a territorial prelature in 1959 and elevated to a diocese in 1986. It is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Antofagasta.

With its seat in the city of Arica, the Diocese of San Marcos de Arica (Latin: Sancti Marci Aricensis) belongs to the ecclesiastical province of Antofagasta in Chile.
