Latin Church diocese seated at Yuci in Shanxi, China, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Taiyuan. Established on June 17, 1931 as the Apostolic Prefecture of Yuci from the Apostolic Vicariate of Taiyuanfu, promoted to apostolic vicariate in 1944 and to diocese on April 11, 1946. Its cathedral is the Cathedral of St. Joseph; the see has been vacant since the death of Bishop John Baptist Wang Jin in 2014.
