Latin Church diocese seated at Apartado in the Uraba region between Antioquia and Choco, Colombia, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe de Antioquia. It was established on June 18, 1988 from the Diocese of Antioquia. Bishop Carlos Alberto Correa Martinez, previously Apostolic Vicar of Guapi, has led the diocese since March 19, 2024.
