The Diocese of Sincelejo is a Latin rite diocese covering Sucre department, Colombia, suffragan of the Archdiocese of Cartagena. It was erected on 25 April 1969 from the Archdiocese of Cartagena and the suppressed Apostolic Vicariate of San Jorge. Its seat is the St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral in Sincelejo.

History
Sincelejo gives its name to this Colombian diocese (Latin: Sinceleiensis), seated in that city within the ecclesiastical province of Cartagena.
